Meet Attorney Paul Grabitske

For nearly two decades, Paul Grabitske has been helping clients with their legal issues in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, business law, agricultural law and litigation. Paul’s litigation experience enables him to provide valuable advice to clients in transactional matters such as business succession planning, estate planning, and farm transition planning. Paul has successfully litigated cases through trial, and has represented clients in both court and jury trials.

Paul was raised in Arlington, Minnesota, and graduated from Mankato State University (now Minnesota State University, Mankato). After working for several years in city government, Paul went back to school at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. After graduation, Paul returned to Mankato to practice law.

Paul has served on a variety of local boards. He is a past board member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, the Mankato Masonic Benevolent Association, Blue Earth County Historical Society, and Summit Heritage Foundation. When not at work practicing law or serving the community, Paul enjoys golfing, barbecue, and spending time outdoors.
