For nearly two decades, Paul E. Grabitske has been helping clients with their legal issues in the areas of litigation, agricultural law, business law, and estate planning.
Mr. Grabitske’s litigation experience enables him to provide valuable advice to clients in transactional matters, such as business succession planning, estate planning, and farm transition planning. Mr. Grabitske has successfully litigated cases through trial and has represented clients in both court and jury trials.
Mr. Grabitske was raised in Arlington, Minnesota, and graduated from Mankato State University (now Minnesota State University, Mankato). After working for several years in city government, Mr. Grabitske went back to school at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law). After graduation, he returned to Mankato to practice law.
He has served on a variety of local boards and is a past board member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, the Mankato Masonic Benevolent Association, Blue Earth County Historical Society, and Summit Heritage Foundation. When not at work practicing law or serving the community, Mr. Grabitske enjoys golfing, barbecuing, and spending time outdoors.
